It's been a little while since we wrote a blog post, but we've been super busy baking new features and optimising the performance of our platform.
Today, we're announcing a brand new Pro plan feature called Bulk imports, and it's available for you to start using today!
In this short article, I'm going to explain a little more about this feature, how it works and how you can get started now.
Up until this point you've been able to add domains and monitors individually.
But if you're subscribed to our Pro plan and are on a higher tier then this simply would take a long time to manually add them.
That's why we've introduced the ability for you to take a CSV, either with domains or monitors, upload it and then finish configuring after they've imported, saving you time and money.
When you load up your domains or monitors page and go and add a new domain or monitor, you'll now be greeted with an option to bulk import. Choosing this option allows you to drag & drop, or select a file to upload.
After you've uploaded a CSV (that should match our example CSV) we'll process your CSV and provide you with the CSV's status so that you know if there's any errors and the potential fix for them.
Then, you can finalise any additional configuration that you want after they've finished importing in case you want a specific feature turned on for a particular domain or monitor.
Remember: this feature is only available if you're subscribed to our Pro plan.
Take a look at our advanced options, these options will help you optimise your CSV import, such as being able to adjust to import priority and when your CSV will begin processing.
We really hope that this feature saves you time on our platform, and, we'll improve it over time!
