Enabling Two-Factor Authentication

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication is a great way to add additional security to your account, follow the steps below to set it up:

We've recently updated our Two-Factor Authentication process to make it easier to use and more secure.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Tap your name in the top right (you might need to open the menu first if on a mobile)
  3. Find the Your Profile section
  4. Navigate to the Account Security page and find Two-Factor Authentication
  5. Expand the selection and tap on manage to manage Two-Factor Authentication

You'll then be taken to a page where you'll be able to enable and disable 2FA.

If it's your first time enabling 2FA, then tap on the Enable button, this will redirect you to confirm your account's password, after confirming your account's password you'll need to tap on the Enable button.

When you're presented with a QR code, use the Authenticator App to scan the code to enable 2FA.

Using recovery codes

When you set up Two-Factor Authentication for the first time you'll be given a set of recovery codes, you should take note of these and should never share them with anyone.

You'll be able to log in using these codes if you ever forget your phone or cannot access the authenticator app.

Disabling Two-Factor Authentication

If you no longer want your account to be protected by Two-Factor Authentication then you'll be able to follow the following steps to disable it:
