Enabling Two-Factor Authentication

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication is a great way to add additional security to your account, follow the steps below to set it up:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Head to your account's security area
  3. Find the section for "Two-Factor Authentication" and click the associated button

You'll then be taken to a page where you'll be able to enable and disable 2FA.

If it's your first time enabling 2FA, then tap on the Enable button, this will redirect you to confirm your account's password, after confirming your account's password you'll need to tap on the Enable button.

When you're presented with a QR code, use the Authenticator App to scan the code to enable 2FA.

Using recovery codes

When you set up Two-Factor Authentication for the first time you'll be given a set of recovery codes, you should take note of these and should never share them with anyone.

You'll be able to log in using these codes if you ever forget your phone or cannot access the authenticator app.

Disabling Two-Factor Authentication

To disable 2FA you can repeat the steps for enabling 2FA where you'll now find an associated button to disable it.
