Adding company invoice details

If you're on our Pro subscription and would like to add company information to your downloadable invoices, then you can do this via your profile by updating some details.

To add or update invoice information:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Tap your name in the top right (you might need to open the menu first if on a mobile).
  3. Find the My profile link and click on it.
  4. Look for the section for "Add company invoice details?".

Adding invoice details will allow you to download invoices with this data attached.

Details you can provide

  • Company - if you're a company or sole-trader then you can set your legal company name here.
  • Address - You can provide your company's address if you have one, or leave it blank.
  • Tax ID - If you're VAT registered then you can set your Tax ID.

As always, all of the fields are optional and you can remove them at any time.

Company invoice details are only available when you download an invoice from our platform.
