Verifying your email address

When you sign up to our domain monitor you'll be required to verify your email address. This is to ensure the quality of our service remains high.

Upon registration, we'll automatically send a verification email to the email address supplied during registration, this email may take a few minutes to arrive in your inbox, if you don't receive the email, you can request a resend of that email by logging in to your account and clicking on the button in the banner at the top of the page.

Having trouble verifying your account?

If you're having trouble verifying your account, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to help verify your account.

Some other things to note regarding email verification:

  • If it's been more than an hour since we sent you an email verification, you may need to request a new one.
  • If you can't find the email verification email in your inbox, please check your junk folder as it may be there.
  • Please don't use a "fake mail" box, you likely won't receive the email verification.
