Setting A Security Question

You'll need to set a Security Question & Answer in your account in order for us to offer certain features to you. In order to do this, follow the below steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Tap your name in the top right (you might need to open the menu first if on a mobile)
  3. Find the Your Profile section
  4. Navigate to the Account Security page and find Two-Factor Authentication
  5. Identify the Security Question section
  6. Choose your question, and set a memorable answer

Previously set a Security Question & Answer?

If you've previously set a Security Question and an Answer, you'll be informed contextually by an alert telling you that your security question is enabled. If you see this, then everything is working correctly.

We can't show you your previous answer as it's encrypted, so you'll be updating your existing answer here.
